ChartRadar is a web application that aggregates and displays music chart data from third-party sources including Apple Music, iTunes, Korean streaming platforms, and Spotify. Chart data is provided for informational purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Pro plan is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
ChartRadar is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of chart data. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on the data displayed.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where the service operator is based.
