Data We Collect

We collect your email address when you create an account, and usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the service. We do not collect or store payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used to manage your account, send transactional emails (password resets, receipts), and notify you of important service updates. Usage data is used in aggregate to understand how the product is being used and to prioritise improvements.

Third Parties

• Stripe — processes subscription payments. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
• Neon — hosts our PostgreSQL database in a secure cloud environment.
• Vercel — hosts and serves the ChartRadar application. Vercel may log request metadata.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
